英国油轮及散货船东。Union Maritime成立于2006年，公司最初的业务集中于西非市场，目前该公司业务已逐渐走向国际市场。Union Maritime主要专注于中程油轮，目前其船队有30艘中程成品油轮，9艘MR型成品油轮以及2艘LR1型成品/原油轮。其船队另有3艘散货船。2016年，Union Maritime公司收购了India Steamship公司的四艘油轮，整体交易价格为9000万美元。

Union Maritime公司建立人及老板Mr. Laurent Cadji曾在瑞士信贷银行股份有限公司（Credit Suisse）和摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）担任石油交易商。

  • 2019年12月15日，Union Maritime 一艘2万吨化学品/成品油轮“M/V DUKE”在西非水域被海盗劫持，造成一名船员去世。
